In Zin’s 6-week beginner series you will learn how the mind, body and breath work together to form what a yoga practice can mean to you. You’ll learn what yoga is, where it came from This beginner’s series places you with beginners just like yourself. Plus, if you haven’t already heard, a major theme in yoga is non-judgment. The yoga classroom is a safe environment for you to explore you, with guidance from Kara.

FOR: The series is for the absolute beginner or student somewhat new wanting a deeper introduction.

START DATE: Thursday April 12, 2018 @ 5:30-6:45 pm 

TIME: 5:30 pm on Thursdays starting April 12 for 6 weeks.

TEACHER: Kara 

COST: $80 for entire 6-week series 

WHAT TO BRING: Yoga mat. (Bottled water & hand towel come in handy as well). 

PERKS: Those who attend the series get a one time 15% discount on  yoga product and $30 off 10 class pass

YOGA MATS: Manduka mats are available to use in class without additional cost, however when developing a practice it’s helpful to stay with the same mat. Depending on the mat, it can take time to “break in” from body’s natural oils.
