Event Description:
In Zin’s 6-week beginner series you will learn how the mind, body and breath work together to form what a yoga practice can mean to you. You’ll learn what yoga is as well as tools for a safe and fulfilling practice. This beginner’s series places you with beginners like yourself, alleviating some of the anxiety of starting something new. Plus, if you haven’t already heard, a major theme in yoga is non-judgment. The yoga classroom is a safe environment for you to explore you, with guidance from a supportive teacher. 


FOR: The series is for the absolute beginner or student somewhat new wanting a deeper introduction.

START DATE: February 17, 2018 @ 12:00pm 

TIME: 12pm-1pm, every Saturday for 6 weeks.
*Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign in, remove shoes and settle comfortably on your mat. We will do our best to begin on time.


COST: $80 for entire 6-week series 

WHAT TO BRING: Yoga mat. (Bottled water & hand towel come in handy as well). 

YOGA MATS: Manduka mats are available to use in class without additional cost, however when developing a practice it’s helpful to stay with the same mat. Depending on the mat, it can take time to “break in” from the body’s natural oils.

REGISTRATION: Registration is required. 
One class holds 12 spots to keep the practice intimate and specific to your needs. In January's Series, due to abundant interest we were able to open a 2nd time slot. If you're interested, register early to ensure your spot and help us prepare accordingly to give you the best experience possible.


***Upon completing the series, participants will be offered a discounted rate on a class pass package to continue their yoga journey.
