If you are a rehab guest, we’ll work with your physician to craft a care plan for a speedy transition from hospital to home, and we’ll do a home evaluation to make sure you and your house are ready.
If you or a loved one is making The Laurels of Forest Glenn your permanent home, you will enjoy excellent, physician-directed medical care provided by our staff nurses, therapists and dietitians.
