Meditation is for everyone!! Sharri Gaines will be guiding participants in a journey of self discovery through the fundamentals of meditation.  The benefits of meditation are deeper than most people imagine.  The introductory class will teach you the basics of meditation, breath awareness, and how to simply practice everyday.  $20 drop in and $15 for unlimited yoga members
