Join us for this six-week series of classes at Rex Wellness Center, specially designed to focus on the physical, mental and emotional aspects of pregnancy and the well being of expectant mothers. Breathing techniques, movement and conscious relaxation are a part of this dynamic series and promote healthy pregnancy as well as prepare mothers for labor and delivery. Regardless of where you are in your pregnancy, prenatal yoga will benefit you in more ways than one. Physician approval is required before beginning this program.
