Tai chi qigong combines two of the most widespread longevity practices in the world. This class aims to teach you the principles of tai chi without being overly form-focused so it’s perfect for people of all ages! Come join us with Justin on Wednesday August 21st and 28th at 4:15pm for a couple complementary classes and learn to take your mindfulness practice to the next level. Justin is a licensed acupuncturist with over 10 years of experience in practicing qigong and other therapeutic movement practices and is excited to share what he’s learned. The class will be focused on easy postures, learning to ground yourself, and how to attain a deeper breath. We’re excited to see you there!
