The center is already home to retail mainstays like BJ's Wholesale Club\, Kohl's Department Store\, PetSmart and Target.\n\n \n\nWhite Oak Crossing plays a key role in the growth of Garner. She has spoken and exhibited for juried shows as well as national and international conferences. Landerman is an expert who creates hand-carved artwork in stone\, brick\, frieze\, and stucco. Her work is used to decorate interior and exterior homes\, businesses\, gardens\, etc. Her contribution to the brick industry is the revival of centuries-old masonry carving techniques using new solutions and special applications.\n\n\nAbout Core Properties\n\nBased in Charlotte\, North Carolina\, Core Properties was founded in 1994.
