DESCRIPTION:The Garner Police Athletic/Activities League is excited to host the first Sporting Clay Tournament on Saturday\, May 2\, 2020. The tournament will take place at the Drakes Landing Complex in Fuquay Varina\, NC.\n\n\n\nDrake Landing is a beautiful 100-acre farm in Fuquay Varina. They offer a full array of outdoor sporting activities that caters to both seasoned and the novice sportsmen. The Sporting Clay is a challenging clay target sport designed to simulate field shooting. Drake Landing has two 13 station courses laid out in natural surroundings with rolling hills\, woods and pond creating a realistic setting.\n\n\n\nTournament Format: Four Person Team with prizes awarded for highest scoring team. We will shoot rain or shine. Participants under 18 must be supervised by an adult.\n\n\n\nParticipants will be provided ammunition\, ear protection\, eye protection and one gun per four person team and golf cart. Participants may use their own guns.\n\n\n\nRegistration Fee: $500 per four-person team or $150 per person. Fee includes shooting fee\, steak dinner\, refreshments\, awards reception and golf cart.\n \n\nSponsorship Opportunities Available.
