In partnership with Wake Technical Community College\, the Chamber is offering a Notary Public Training Class on Monday\, September 22. The full-day course offers an understanding of the qualifications and requirements to practice as a notary public in North Carolina. Course content includes understanding the Office of Notary Public\, general powers\, attestation\, certification\, oaths and affidavits.\n\n\n\nParticipants take an exam at the end of class and complete the application for becoming a notary public. The Notary Public Guidebook for North Carolina and lunch is included in the cost of the class.\n\n\n\nThe Notary Public Class will be held Monday\, September 22 from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm in the Garner Chamber Conference Room. The cost is $160 for members and $180 for non-members. Lunch and book are included in pricing.\n\n\n\nPLEASE BRING A LAPTOP DEVICE AS THE EXAM AT THE END OF CLASS WILL TAKE PLACE ONLINE!!\n\n\n\nYOU WILL NEED TO HAVE ID [I.E.
