We continue to monitor the effects of the pandemic and will update our event pages accordingly.***\n\n\n\nIn partnership with Wake Technical Community College\, the Chamber is offering a virtual notary public class on Tuesday\, Jan. 19 and Thursday\, Jan. 21. You must attend both nights to complete the 8 hour course which offers an understanding of the qualifications and requirements to practice as a notary public in North Carolina. Course content includes understanding the Office of Notary Public\, general powers\, attestation\, certification\, oaths and affidavits.\n\n\n\nParticipants take an exam at the end of class and complete the application for becoming a notary public. The Notary Public Guidebook for North Carolina is included in the cost of the class.
