Now more than ever, our children need to engage physically, mentally and with one another. Have your little one (k-5) join us for an outside, 6 week series designed to help your child/children feel healthier and happier. Your children will learn how to breathe and feel empowered through their emotions and self. Fun themes will be used to engage children in learning yoga poses and breathing, while making it a fun, memorable game kids can utilize once back home.
