Synopsis:
“Hi, my name is Mike Munsey.”  Little does Evelyn Stevens know that these simple words are about to change her life. A young college student and playwright, Evelyn claims she’s only writing the fairytale of “Rumpelstiltskin” into a musical for fun. But Mike Munsey doesn’t think so.
A story within a story, Rumpelstiltskin: A Tale of Gold follows the path of two young women, both struggling to find their place in life. But it’ll take a crafty miller, a horrendous lie, a strange little man, a precocious kid, and yes, a lot of gold, to help them find the Truth.
Filled to the brim with humor and great music,  Ellie Faggion and Brian Shrager's  Rumpelstiltskin is a fresh, light-hearted production that will engage young children and adults alike while sharing a timely message on what it means to have a servant’s heart.
