Satsang

Satsang is the Sanskrit word for sacred community; a gathering of those in search of personal and collective truths. Consider this a seeker's class, an opportunity to move and breathe amongst others who are also in search of a deeper connection with Self. Students can expect a slow moving flow with lots of attention on the breath and present moment experience. Open to all levels.
