We are seeking a PT Administrative Operations Assistant as we strive to serve our growing team and clients. This remote opportunity is approximately 10 hrs. per week, with a flexible schedule. Bonuses are available!

Essential Functions:

  • Participate in meetings to capture meeting notes as needed

  • Develop & submit marketing content as needed

  • Manage the company database

  • Provide inquiry/follow-up calls (Onboarding clients)

  • Contract Management

  • Assist with scheduling

  • Provides research as required

  • Application & Research completion

  • Performs other duties as needed
