She Achieves Garner Chamber Women's Conference

She Achieves is more than a conference—it’s a room filled with women who are building, leading, and redefining what success looks like in our community. The She Achieves Conference is rebranded version of the Women in Business Conference now focusing on women in multiple sectors and successes of life. 

This signature women’s conference brings together three phenomenal speakers - Dr. Karrie G. Dixon, Chancellor at NC Central University, Holli Draughn, CEO of Vietri, and Amanda Lamb, Speaker & Author (former WRAL Crime Reporter) - each sharing real stories, lessons learned, and the moments that shaped their leadership journey. Attendees walk away energized, inspired, and equipped with insights they can actually use—both professionally and personally.

One of the most meaningful moments of the day is the presentation of the Garner Woman of the Year Award. This honor recognizes a woman who is making a powerful impact in her industry, workplace, or community—while intentionally lifting other women as she rises.
