In this whimsical and wonderfully delicious class, you'll learn the art of balancing flavors, textures, and styling while sipping on bottomless tea and enjoying a complimentary mimosa voucher (thanks to our friends at Shady's Bar just a few doors down). Whether you're team salami rose or all about that pepperjack cube, this class will walk you through cheese chunking, fruit fanning, meat folding, and the secret power of garnish flair.
