Take CHAIR Yoga classes to feel renewed, refreshed and energized. You will learn how to become more aware of your body through relaxation and breathing practices. You will get healthier physically by doing postures that stretch, strengthen and balance your body. This will help you feel more respect for taking care of yourself and more grateful for being alive. At the end of class there will be a brief meditation called the Kirtan Kriya which brain scans show improves areas of the brain responsible for memory and mood.
