Garner Juneteenth Celebration
The Garner Juneteenth Committee is gearing up for our community's annual Juneteenth Celebration at Garner Performing Arts Center (742 W. Garner Road) on Saturday, June 15, from 11 a.m. to about noon. The event will feature music from a local choir, dance performances, remarks by special guests and an inspirational and educational presentation by Professor Mary D. Williams that blends song and history. Make plans to be there!
