Give Back Day - Vance Elementary Field Day (Afternoon)

Give Back Day is where we ask our business community to support our overall community by working with nonprofits and town services in a task or project they need assistance with. What a better way to come together by a little bit of service?

Support Vance Elementary School with their Field Day! You might remember the feeling of getting to school and running to the fields to spend the day playing games, competing in relays, and NOT doing school work. Well, help the kids at Vance enjoy a day of play!

Vance Elementary needs volunteers for two shifts for grades K-2 and 3-5. K-2 will participate from 9:30 am - 11:30 am and 3-5 will participate from 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm. This webpage is for 1:30 - 1:30 pm timeslot.

Volunteers are asked to help run a station or help with the check in process. The stations for this timeslot (grades 3-5) include:

• Bucket Ball Relay
• 3-Legged Race 
• Tug of War
• Putt Putt 
• Pizza Box Relay
• 50 Yard Dash
• Keepy Uppy 
• Jump the River
