FULL BOOTCAMP CURRICULUM
Day 1 - Goal Setting and Strategy Session
Comprehensive Goal and Strategy Setting based on your (or your company’s) current needs, Identifying your target customers
Day 2 - Developing Your Brand Story
The hardest story to tell is always your own. Learn How to simplify your messaging, marketing and brand to determine what is important to customers and how to reach them in the shortest time frame possible. Includes a deep dive into what problem you’re solving for customers and to share that with them.
Day 3 - Implementation Strategy
We’ll take the messaging we’ve developed in Day 1 and 2 and look at an integrated implementation strategy to focus your efforts, especially critical for a business with a small team. This strategy will look at traditional ways to implement as well as more modern options on social media.
Day 4 - Content Creation
We’ll create content that makes sense for your business, including design, suggestions and help developing the content. This will include a plan of action for you when you leave and actual content creation and training.
Day 5 - Fostering Relationships to Grow + Strategy Plan
We’ll take everything from Days 1-4 to develop your strategic marketing plan, then develop a strategy around relationship building, customer retention and customer referrals.
When you leave after the weeklong bootcamp, you will have a full marketing implementation strategy with actual content that we’ll create during the week, as well as a plan to implement that content within your businesses time constraints. Each day will include individualized worksheets and exercises to develop your specific plan of action.
