Key Responsibilities:
- Expert Knowledge: Understand various garment decoration techniques and their pricing.
- Product Insight: Familiarity with different materials, sizes, brands, and delivery times.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in-store, over the phone, and via email.
- Sales System: Operate our Point of Sale system efficiently.
- Production Support: (Optional) Assist with in-store production and fulfill orders as needed.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain a well-organized work environment.
- Problem Solving: Provide solutions and resolutions for customers.
- Creativity: Generate easy-to-choose solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
