NDI is a Full Service Commercial Contracting Company that will take on any project ranging from a simple "Vanilla Box" and small Restaurant/Retail/Office upfits, specialized Restaurant/Kitchen/Grocery/Office Retrofits, and large Retail/Distribution Build-outs.

NDI has deep roots in Engineering Design and Construction that lend a natural tendency to excel at Design-Build. As such, NDI can implement Cost Prudent "Value Engineering" design and Schedule Friendly Construction Methods that reduce the overall Cost and Time of a Project.

NDI's extensive Site experience coupled with our Civil Engineering background enables NDI to take on "Ground-Up" projects where we can Navigate a project through the Local Planning and Development Ordinance, City/County Review Cycles, Permitting, Site/Civil Work and then Constructing the Building.
