We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Guest Services Manager to join our team and elevate our guest experience.

Job Summary:
The Guest Services Manager will oversee the front desk operations, ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service from check-in to check-out. This role will involve managing the guest services team, resolving guest issues, and implementing processes that enhance the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and a commitment to creating memorable stays for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the guest services team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk, including check-in/check-out processes, reservations, and billing.
  • Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Train and develop staff to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements based on guest satisfaction surveys.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Manage inventory of supplies and materials needed for guest services.
  • Prepare reports on guest services performance and recommend enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
  • Stay updated on local attractions, events, and amenities to provide guests with relevant information.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
  • Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or guest services, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest service.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
